POSITION SUMMARY:

· Meet with clients, investigate claims, gather evidence, and formulate legal theories
· Draft pleadings and motions, actively participate in questioning and mediation processes
· Interview and depose witnesses
· Prepare for trial and advocate at trial
· Complete legal forms, prepare summaries, memos, and applications
· Attend questionings, applications, mediations, and JDRs

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU TO BRING THE FOLLOWING SKILLS TO THE TEAM:

• Exceptional legal skills combined with outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent drafting and writing skills, ability to write about complex legal issues clearly and concisely
