Description

Job Purpose Assists EBIC & EFC in legal matters, supporting the legal team in various tasks and ensuring legal compliance across the organization. Requirments Represent EBIC & EFC in legal proceedings, providing expertise in corporate and civil litigation on all judicial authorities and all governmental entities. Monitor the finalization for legal issues/ general assembly procedures within designated areas of business law ex. GAFI, Civil Defense, Economic Zone Administration, and other governmental entities. Review the drafting of and renewal of contracts, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with organizational needs. Offer legal counsel on emerging issues to internal stakeholders and precedents relevant to EBIC & EFC's operations, and drafting warnings and sanctions whenever necessary. Support compliance efforts by providing legal insights and participating in internal investigations. Internal coaching for Junior team members for any legal consultation and to achieve departmental objectives
