The Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Lawyer or Senior Associate to join our market-leading Banking & Finance team, based in Sydney. You will work as part of a collaborative, close-knit team led by highly regarded Partner Kathy Santikos on a mix of finance transactions for local and international banks, sovereign wealth funds, global sponsors/funds, government agencies and professional trustees. This is an excellent opportunity to refine your specialist legal skills in Finance and broaden your cross-border experience, whilst developing your own brand alongside respected industry experts. You will also play an important role in teaching and mentoring junior lawyers and graduates. Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: A minimum of 4 years' post-admission experience, with a strong academic record; Demonstrated transactional finance experience gained in a leading commercial law firm; A positive, collaborative attitude; A talent for building client relationships; and Strong attention to detail.
