Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Prompt Engineer to join our Buyer Experience - Recommendations team.
• As a Creative Writer & AI Prompt Developer, you will be at the forefront of crafting compelling narratives and prompts that fuel our generative AI systems, delivering personalized recommendations to our users.
• Location: Onsite at CA.
• Duration: 4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities -

• Develop and refine creative writing prompts to guide our generative AI in producing relevant and engaging content. -
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user preferences and tailor AI output to improve recommendation algorithms.
• Continuously test and iterate on prompt strategies to enhance content quality and relevance. -
• Analyze content performance data to inform prompt adjustments and creative direction. -
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI-driven content creation and contribute to our innovation pipeline.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related fields.
• Overall 10+ years and Minimum of 2+ years of experience in delivering AI-powered products, with at least 2 years of dedicated Product Management experience.
• At least 1 years of experience with GPT/LLM model development, including pre-processing, feature selection, and hyper-parameter tuning
• Experience working on Agentic AI solutioning, Develop and train GPT/LLM models to generate natural language text for various applications such as chatbots, question-answering systems, and recommendation engines.
• Hands on Experience in Graph RAG and agentic AI, Raking strategy and RHLS Framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and develop use cases for GPT/LLM models.
• Data engineering experience with Proficient in using Hadoop, Apace Spark,and understanding of ETL
• Mandatory experience in pyspark and python programming language
• Conduct data analysis, pre-processing, feature engineering and model selection to create accurate models in a timely and efficient manner.
• Continuously monitor the accuracy and performance of the models, and iterate to improve the model’s performance based on feedback.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, combined with the ability to think innovatively and address challenges at both macro and micro levels.
• Defining the vision for the Data / AI use with senior leaders for the medium and long term. Share, update and align the vision of the use cases with senior stakeholders to act as the clear guide path for adoption and growth.
