Responsibilities Job Title: Senior Lead Analyst (T5)– Treasury Operations Location: Pune Shift Timing : 8:00 pm to 5:00 am (IST) ,8:30 am : 5:30 pm (CST) Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Lead Analyst to join our Treasury Operations team. This role provides leadership for the day-to-day activities of Treasury staff. Assist in the implementation and ongoing management of strategies, policies, and procedures. Responsible for providing financial direction to enable Treasury and its customers to accomplish their goals. Key Responsibilities Manage and enhance treasury operations and financial transaction execution to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Recommend and implement optimized credit, custody, and cash strategies using internal and external best practices. Collaborate with internal teams (Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal) and external partners (banks, auditors, regulators) to align treasury goals and improve process efficiency. Lead complex treasury and cross-functional projects, driving automation, system improvements, and strategic alignment across business units. Guide treasury controls and assess the financial, regulatory, and operational impact of policy changes; communicate insights to leadership. Oversee month-end close activities including journal entries, GL reconciliations, and reporting; maintain treasury systems and master data. Prepare and present dashboards, variance analyses, and executive-level insights to support decision-making. Lead, mentor, and support treasury staff, ensuring operational excellence and serving as the escalation point for issue resolution. Qualifications Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA Inter or MBA Finance preferred) 8-11 years of experience in treasury operations, intercompany accounting, or corporate finance Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail Proven ability to manage change, influence stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, OneStream) and treasury platforms (Kyriba, TMS) Advanced Excel skills; experience with automation tools like Power BI or Alteryx is a plus Solid understanding of SOX controls, compliance reporting, and exception handling Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindse Additional Information Shift Timing : 8:00 pm to 5:00 am (IST) ,8:30 am : 5:30 pm (CST)
