Partner with Product Solutions, engineering, SEs, tech marketing, and support to align product capabilities with customer requirements and ensure smooth knowledge transfer. Architecture & Delivery Design and validate deployment architectures, including sizing, performance, integrations, and migrations. Develop reusable blueprints, runbooks, best practices, and templates. Support deployment execution and ensure design fidelity across delivery teams and partners. Conduct field validation and beta testing of new procedures. Practice Development & Enablement Convert deployment designs into training content and deliver hands-on training to customers, partners, and internal teams. Create high-quality documentation and knowledge base articles. Continuously refine deliverables as new products and features are released. Process & Alignment Maintain JIRA user stories to ensure alignment across product, engineering, and delivery teams. System Design & Architecture Deep System Design: Build end-to-end architectures across services, applications, data stores, and integrations, producing implementation-ready diagrams and sequence flows. Design Principles: Apply scalability, separation of concerns, loose coupling, and resilience to create modular and evolvable systems. API & Integration Architecture: Design REST APIs, JSON schemas, and integration patterns (sync/async, event-driven, retries). AuthN/AuthZ: Implement OAuth/JWT, RBAC, scopes, token flows, and secure identity boundaries. Data Architecture: Design efficient SQL schemas and queries; understand NoSQL modeling and storage decisions. Independent Technical Execution: Research new technologies independently, make clear trade-off decisions, and defend architectural choices. Security Architecture: Apply security-by-design principles including access control, auditability, and data protection. WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING: Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience. 10+ years of professional IT experience. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
