職務内容 【職務内容/ Job Description】 AXA Japan is starting a strategic, enterprise-wide life platform modernization program to replace and modernize its core insurance and non-core applications currently hosted on Legacy Mainframe environment. The Senior Solution Architect will define and govern the end-to-end solution design for the core life insurance modernization program. Working across streams, business, product, data, security, and platform teams, this role translates business strategy into scalable, secure, and compliant technical solutions. The Architect will drive architectural decisions, establish standards and blueprints, evaluate platform options, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, regulatory requirements, data governance, and cloud strategy. Key accountabilities: - Solution Architecture, Strategy and Roadmap - Platform Evaluation and Design - Integration, and Security Architecture - Cloud and DevOps Alignment - Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing - Quality Assurance and Compliance 【ポジション魅力ポイント/Position Attractive Points 】 - Shape and define the overall technical architecture for large-scale mainframe modernization, influencing the company's future IT landscape. - Be at the forefront of introducing innovative technologies such as cloud-native solutions, microservices, API-driven integrations, and automation within a historically conservative area. - Play a critical role in aligning technical strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless transition from legacy systems to modern, scalable architectures. - Address complex technical challenges related to legacy systems, data migration, security, and compliance, providing rewarding technical solutions. - Lead multidisciplinary teams including developers, engineers, and business stakeholders, fostering innovation and best practices. 【求めるスキル・経験/ Required Skills and Experiences 】 - Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Systems. - Experience: 12+ years of hands-on software/solution architecture experience, with 5+ years leading architecture for large-scale insurance modernization or financial services programs. - Domain Knowledge: Deep knowledge of life insurance processes (policy administration, underwriting, endorsements, billing, claims) and Japan regulatory considerations (FSA). - Tools & Modeling: Experience with architecture modeling tools , Visio, and collaboration tools - Communication and Leadership: Excellent ability to influence across technical and business stakeholders; proven track record of leading architecture reviews and guiding large teams.
