Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Lead, Business Intelligence, to join our growing team! In this role, you will be a senior individual contributor responsible for delivering enterprise-wide reporting solutions, standardized metrics, and data-driven insights. You will lead the design, development, and deployment of business intelligence tools and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with data engineering, business stakeholders, and other analysts to ensure the availability of accurate, consistent, and actionable data. While this is not a people management role, you will provide technical leadership across BI initiatives, mentor junior analysts, and champion best practices in reporting, visualization, and data governance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or QlikSense, delivering consistent enterprise metrics
  • Translate business requirements into intuitive dashboards, KPIs, and self-service BI capabilities that support decision-making across departments
  • Partner with the data engineering team to define and build curated datasets, semantic layers, and data models for BI use
  • Create and maintain reusable reporting assets, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and version control
  • Develop and document enterprise data definitions and logic to support consistent KPI reporting
  • Contribute to platform documentation, governance standards, and deployment processes
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for BI tools and data visualization best practices
  • Mentor junior team members and participate in code reviews, design sessions, and knowledge sharing
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing reporting processes and automate manual workflows
