Join our industrial hygiene and indoor air quality team as our new Senior Consultant and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future. Your new role As our new Senior Consultant, you will be part of our interdisciplinary Arlington, Virginia team. You will work with all levels of expertise from junior-level team members to members with decades of experience, many of whom are subject matter experts in their fields. Consultants and Managers are part of a continual learning environment where they learn through coaching, mentoring and on-the-job tasks. Your key responsibilities will be: Conducting Occupation Health Exposure Assessments for chemicals and noise. Design and implement Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) assessments Asbestos, Mold, and Lead, Assessments and Remediation Project Oversight Critically reviewing and interpreting industrial hygiene data for comparison to governmental regulations and industry guidelines. Maintaining client relationships and managing the development of deliverables to meet client needs in an efficient manner. Qualifications About you BS/MS in a relevant engineering discipline (industrial hygiene, occupation safety, or closely related) or science discipline (chemical, environmental science, or closely related). Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) is preferred. Those with the motivation and ability to obtain a CIH credential within two years of hire will be considered. Dual credentialed CIH and Certified Safety Professional (CSP) would be strongly considered. 5+ years of relevant industrial hygiene and indoor air quality experience is required. Advanced training in industrial hygiene exposure assessments and IAQ is required. Candidates must be willing to perform short-term travel up to 40% of the time on average during the year and possess a valid driver’s license. Travel may include overnight stay and may be out of state. At Ramboll, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an annual base salary between $101,511 - $126,888. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range, depending on numerous factors, including experience, geographical location, internal equity, market conditions, education/training and skill level, and does not include bonuses, overtime, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
