Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking a Relationship Manager / Portfolio Manager within its Accounts Receivable Securitization (ARS) line of business. This individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of ARS accounts, including monitoring borrowing bases, reviewing field exams, conducting quarterly portfolio reviews, and cultivating strong client relationships. The role requires effective communication with clients, internal risk partners, banking colleagues, legal counsel, and other financial institutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 9-12 ARS accounts
  • Serve as a key contributor in strategic planning efforts to maintain and grow the ARS portfolio, identifying opportunities to increase revenue where appropriate
  • Lead amendment processes, including facility increases, extensions, changes to deposit account control agreements, and structural modifications to borrowing base templates
  • Make informed decisions in complex scenarios, balancing client needs with adherence to bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with peers, managers, and risk partners to resolve issues and achieve business objectives
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including management and risk teams, to address potential concerns
  • Act as a peer mentor within the ARS team and across supporting functions.
  • Participate in or lead special projects, including those driven by regulatory or policy changes
