Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: Coordinate site FI roadmap and topics, partnering with FI, IT, manufacturing, and stakeholder organizations to deliver services and projects to scope, schedule, and quality. Evaluate, prototype, and guide the implementation of new technologies and tools. Ensure application and system resilience and sustainability (e.g., automated health checks and recovery mechanisms). Maintain, upgrade, and enhance applications and systems across local and regional sites. Configure software settings and provide support across diverse industrial equipment platforms and company systems. Lead projects to implement new systems and technologies; manage resources, timelines, risks, and change. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Practical programming experience (e.g., C#/.NET; additional languages are a plus). Solid knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux). Experience with database systems (Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server). Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Jira and Confluence (or similar). Several years of relevant experience; experience in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry is a plus. Experience with standard industrial communication interfaces (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT, SECS/GEM) is an advantage. Fluency in Hungarian and at least intermediate proficiency in English and/or German.
