Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead technology strategy, architecture, and delivery for platforms supporting equity and debt capital markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Core Responsibilities
    • Acts as a Servant leader & Creates autonomous Team
    • Owns & Manages ETE Technology Service roadmap and Execution
    • Leads and drives Agile & DevOps ways of working
    • Ensures consistencies across requirements for the Services managed
    • Communicate to all levels of the organization both verbally and in written form the plans and progress of the team. This includes roadmaps and program / project status reporting.
    • Co-ordinate closely with Lead Product Owner and Delivery Owner to plan a deliverable’s execution , support them in planning the management if scope, costs and schedule.
    • Ownership and fully accountable about delivery plan, budget management, vendor management, quality of the delivery, risks, timeline, co-ordination, reporting, hiring resources and communication with different stakeholders.
    • Architect and optimize systems for ECM (Equity Capital Management) and DCM (Debt Capital Management) capabilities including but not limited to deals management, sale module, investor module, book building , settlement etc.
    • Drive innovation through AI, automation, and cloud-native solutions.
    • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and product vision.
    • Mentor engineering teams and enforce SDLC and DevOps best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • Proven track record of successfully originating and executing a significant volume of ECM transactions.
