ALL ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring music leader with a strong track record of working with young people in group and ensemble settings. You’ll understand the power of music to build confidence, creativity and community, and be passionate about making that accessible to all.
You’ll bring strategic insight and practical experience, with a background in designing and delivering music programmes that support progression and broaden participation. Leading teams, managing events and building partnerships will come naturally to you.
As a clear communicator and collaborative problem-solver, you’ll be able to lead with purpose, adapt to challenges and inspire others. You’ll also be digitally literate, well-organised and reflective, with a strong understanding of safeguarding and a commitment to inclusive practice.
A teaching qualification is welcome but not essential. What matters most is your ability to lead with integrity, connect with others and make things happen.
