Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Development and Implementation of a Demand Generation Program: You will design and implement scalable programs to generate demand, identify targeted growth opportunities, and continuously optimize initiatives using automation, data analysis, and creative approaches.
  • Management of Paid Channels & Outbound Campaigns: You will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing Paid Social, Paid Search, Review Platform Ads, and Outbound campaigns.
  • Campaign Management and Optimization: You will develop and manage data-driven campaigns, continuously optimizing them to ensure maximum impact.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: You will measure, analyze, and report on key KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive Collaboration with Sales: You will work closely with the Sales team to understand their needs, improve results, and ensure smooth lead handovers.
  • Team Management and Development: As Growth Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of two people.

YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL WITH THESE SKILLS:

  • B2B Demand Generation Experience: min 6+years of experience.
  • Performance Marketing Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta) and Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).
  • Project Management: Ability to manage projects efficiently, conduct structured data-driven experiments, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Analytical thinking and experience in automating processes with tools like HubSpot.
  • Creativity: Development of innovative, out-of-the-box campaigns that inspire and persuade.
  • Experience in a Dynamic, Fast-Paced Environment: Ideally in a startup or scale-up.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, proficient in business-level written and spoken communication. German is a plus.
