Job Description About the role: We are hiring a Senior / Lead IFS HR Consultant to lead the implementation and support of Human Capital Management (HCM) processes in IFS Cloud. You will own the HR workstream end-to-end from solution design and configuration to Go-Live, hypercare, and post-implementation support. Key Responsibilities: Lead HR Fit-to-Standard workshops and solution design Configure HCM modules: o Core HR (Employee Management) o Payroll knowledge o Time & Attendance o Leave Management Support payroll configuration and statutory compliance Drive HR data migration and validation Support integrations (biometric systems, payroll interfaces, finance) Lead SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities Provide L2/L3 support and continuous improvement post Go-Live Engage HR leadership and manage stakeholder expectation Qualifications Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field 7+ years ERP HR/HCM consulting experience Proven delivery in IFS Applications or IFS Cloud Strong knowledge of: o HR processes (hire-to-retire lifecycle) o Payroll and statutory compliance Experience in data migration, payroll testing, and Go-Live support Strong stakeholder engagement and training capability Relevant IFS certifications preferred Additional Information We champion flexibility and hybrid work options to support varying lifestyles and personal needs.
