Job Description About the role: We are hiring a Senior / Lead IFS Procurement Consultant to lead the implementation and support of Procurement and Supply Chain processes in IFS Cloud. You will own the Procurement workstream end-to-end from solution design and configuration to Go-Live, hyper care, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead Procurement Fit-to-Standard workshops and solution design Configure modules: o Requisition o Sourcing / RFQ o Purchase Orders o Supplier Management o Inventory & Stock Management Design and optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes Support supplier master data migration and validation Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory frameworks Support integrations (finance, inventory, supplier platforms) Lead SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities Provide L2/L3 support and process optimization post Go-Live Engage stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, and Operations Qualifications Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years ERP Procurement / SCM consulting experience Proven delivery in IFS Applications or IFS Cloud Strong understanding of: o Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle o Inventory and supplier management Experience in data migration, UAT, and Go-Live support Familiarity with public procurement regulations is an added advantage Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills Additional Information We champion flexibility and hybrid work options to support varying lifestyles and personal needs.
