Work Flexibility: Hybrid Senior Lead, Field Inventory Management applications The Senior Lead, IT Solution Support is responsible for leading functional deliverables of Stryker Field Inventory Management applications. This individual is responsible for leading the business requirement gathering, design functional solution, implementation, and optimization of solutions. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to ensure efficient and effective IT solutions delivery for Field Inventory Management business processes. This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. This Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline, attention to detail in making evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information. What you will do: Lead the business requirements gathering, transform business requirements to system requirements, design and execute Field Inventory Management solutions to align with business needs. Collaborate with global process governance, business process leads and IT business partners to ensure alignment in solution designs and delivery timelines. Create and maintain Functional Design Specifications capturing business requirements and systematic solution for it. Serve as the IT functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Field Inventory Management business processes. Work alongside developers to design, develop and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements, while upholding high standards of reliability, security, maintainability, and performance. Investigate and resolve complex issues and bugs, ensuring the stability and reliability of the applications. Operations: Work closely with IT Service Delivery Leads, PaaS and SaaS vendors and IT support teams to manage daily support and maintenance of application instance and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements. Service Excellence: Ensure roadmap for service is defined and communicated with stakeholders using their inputs and demand as drivers. Core Competencies – Field Inventory Management, Waterfall methodology, Agile methodology, Change Management, Incident Management, Release Management What you need: Required Skills: 10 to 14 years of designing functional solutions for Field Inventory Management business processes Working experience in Med-tech industry is essential. Thorough knowledge of Field Inventory Management processes including but not limited to Surgical case Management, kitting, consignments, replenishments, orders, returns, cycle count, sub-inventories. Strong experience in collaborating with technical teams to define solution architecture, data flow, and enhancements. Experience working on custom web and mobile based application is a must. Experience in working closely with business to understand the requirement, convert that into functional specification, test, and document the solution and help in deploying to production. Experience of working on integration with Salesforce, SAP and other cross applications using integration techniques. Preferred Skills: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university required; Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study preferred. ITIL Foundations v4 certification preferred. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
