AVP: 7-10 years of overall experience with a minimum of 2.5 years of experience in architecting and developing production-ready Gen AI RAG or Agent-based solutions Architect, design, and lead the development of production-grade Generative AI applications and complex Agentic solutions. Define and drive technical strategy for AI projects, including making key decisions on architecture, frameworks, and tools. This includes evaluating different agentic architectures and evolving industry practices to select the optimal approach. Lead the design and implementation of agent training, performance measurement, correction, and feedback processes, and create/articulate new architectural options. Ensure solutions meet stringent compliance, security, and performance management standards.
