We develop the platform and capabilities that presales across the whole IFS eco system use to demonstrate the value of IFS Cloud to customers. Joining our team is a unique opportunity to get exposure to the selling side of IFS, whilst still being part of a great R&D organization with ample career opportunities. We are a small but growing team with a startup feeling. We are on the lookout for a dynamic and open-minded engineer in the capacity of Senior Lead/Principal Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team with a primary focus on building a scalable platform that enables high-impact demonstrations of IFS capabilities to customers. In this role, you will closely collaborate with internal/partner presales and engineering teams across Product and Technology to align solutions with business outcomes. You will ensure that the product is built with good engineering practices and architecture, considering factors such as performance, scalability, and maintainability. You will play a key role in providing technical expertise, improving engineering practices emphasis on AI first development, driving architectural decisions, perform trade-off analysis, authoring high quality design artifacts and ADRs. You will also be a mentor and coach engineers while guiding the team through complex problem solving. To be effective in job you need to be a good communicator, be a fast study and be enthusiastic to quickly acquire functional understanding of the business software. You cannot effectively work on building the Demo Platform unless you possess a foundational understanding of the solutions we are selling. Qualifications A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology. 5 or more years of strong hands‑on experience designing and delivering enterprise‑grade software with a clear focus on quality, maintainability, security, and performance. Proven experience working across the full software development lifecycle — design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Strong technical/programming skills with in-depth experience in Frontend and Backend frameworks and technologies. Hands-on experience with one or more of the following technologies - Go, React, PostgreSQL and Azure Cloud services would be an added advantage. Experience of AI-first development with coding copilots, agents and AI-harnesses Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a distributed global team set up. Previous exposure of IFS Cloud, IFS Applications or other ERP applications is a definite plus.
