Through strong leadership and deep procurement expertise, you will shape best practices, streamline processes, and strengthen Kyndryl’s procurement operations. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field (Master’s a plus). 7+ years in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing with 3+ years of people leadership or program leadership. Proven success in contract negotiation and contract lifecycle management for high‑value/complex deals. Demonstrated expertise in SRM (performance, risk, and innovation management) and client management at senior levels. Strong RFx leadership, analytical problem‑solving, and stakeholder influence skills.
