About this role Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to serve as a key strategic consultant within the National Branch Growth & Enablement (NBGE) organization. This role reports to the Head of Banker Tools and Efficiency is responsible for leading enterprise‑level transformation initiatives that modernize and unify banker tools, streamline experiences, and accelerate checking and balance growth across our national branch network. This position will shape product strategy, drive execution of complex cross‑functional programs, and influence senior and executive stakeholders to deliver scalable, future‑ready solutions. In this role, you will: Advise senior and executive leadership on product strategy, banker experience modernization, and enterprise growth initiatives. Own strategy, requirements, and execution for large, complex, and high‑visibility product efforts impacting thousands of bankers and millions of customers. Lead end‑to‑end transformation programs that simplify the banker workflow, enhance productivity, and expand customer and balance growth opportunities. Partner deeply across product, digital, technology, data, branch leadership, and enterprise functions to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely delivery. Develop and facilitate governance forums, including steering committees and executive readouts, to drive decision‑making, risk mitigation, and prioritization. Champion change adoption across the branch network by establishing feedback loops, tracking adoption metrics, and iterating solutions based on real‑world insights. Monitor, analyze, and communicate key business outcomes to inform prioritization, roadmap adjustments, and long‑term strategic planning. Serve as a thought leader on digital banker enablement, customer engagement strategy, and opportunities to leverage AI‑enabled capabilities. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education. Desired Qualifications: 7+ years of digital product management or product ownership, leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in scaled environments within consumer banking, fintec, or financial services. Front‑line partnership experience, including deep engagement with branch bankers or branch operations. Knowledge of customer engagement strategy, onboarding, and consumer deposit account opening flows. 7+ years operating in highly matrixed environments, leading product and technology delivery including backlog management, tradeoff decision‑making, sprint planning, and release coordination. Strong stakeholder management and cross‑channel collaboration, especially with digital and technology partners. Proven track record of launching innovative solutions and driving measurable business impact including digital transformation and launching AI‑enabled or next‑generation customer engagement capabilities. 5+ years leading enterprise‑wide digital programs, including oversight of risk management, regulatory considerations, and policy compliance. Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts and influence at senior and executive levels. Proficiency with modern productivity and product tools, including Copilot, Notebook LM, AgentSpace, Jira, and Confluence.
