Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educatio

This role will be instrumental in driving the modernization of our loyalty infrastructure while ensuring seamless adoption across business and technology teams. In this role, you will:

  • Lead the change management for Rewards, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and minimizing disruption
  • Drive product discovery and delivery for next-generation loyalty capabilities, balancing innovation with risk and control requirements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed change readiness into product roadmaps, communications, and training plans
  • Translate complex business needs into actionable product features and change initiatives
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging agile metrics and feedback loops to refine delivery practices
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on change adoption, stakeholder engagement, and transformation outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure regulatory compliance, customer-centric design, and operational excellence
