Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of new Small Business Credit Card products. This role will serve as a strategic leader, responsible for setting the vision and roadmap for innovative offerings that meet the evolving needs of small business customers. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, customer-centric design, analytical skills and cross-functional leadership to drive new product innovation from concept to launch.
This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of Small Business Credit Card at Wells Fargo. You will lead the development of new product strategies, identify market opportunities, and design differentiated solutions that deliver value to our customers. You will collaborate closely with partners across Risk, Finance, Analytics, Operations, Technology, Marketing, and Legal to bring new products to life and ensure successful implementation in market.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership to define and drive the vision for new Small Business Credit Card products and capabilities.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise.
  • Conduct market analysis, customer research, and competitive benchmarking to identify unmet needs and emerging trends.
  • Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and develop strategic recommendations that drive business decisions.
  • Design and deliver innovative, scalable product solutions that align with business goals and customer expectations.
  • Provide thought leadership and direction to cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and delivery of new products.
  • Influence long-term planning and investment decisions through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to executive leadership
