Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program/Process Manager to join our Modernization & Simplification (M&S) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing complex programs and processes aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and driving business value. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in program and process management.

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage multiple initiatives within the M&S team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
  • Facilitate key meetings including cross-functional synchs, training and read-outs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with program and process changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Monitor and report on program and project performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Facilitate communication across teams and ensure consistent alignment between expected and actual outcomes.
  • Manage dependencies and drive alignment through governance and prioritization.
  • Facilitation of Business Case development and approvals.
