EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence , or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in developing advanced analytics or data science solutions to address business problems

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Strong skills in SQL , Python or R
  • Proficient with data visualization tools such as Power BI , Tableau
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure , AWS , or Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with modern data stack technologies like Snowflake , Databricks , Azure Data Factory

ANALYTICAL & BUSINESS SKILLS

  • Skilled in identifying business needs and translating them into actionable data solutions
  • Ability to articulate model outputs, business impact, and drive solution adoption
  • Experienced in gathering user requirements and collaborating with tech teams to resolve user pain points

SOFT SKILLS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior/Lead Data Analyst , you will lead the development and implementation of data analytics solutions that support strategic decisions and enterprise-wide transformation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • AGILE TEAM LEADERSHIPSupport the Product Owner in managing Agile product teamsLead Data Analysts throughout the end-to-end product development lifecycle—from ideation to deployment
  • END-TO-END ANALYTICS DEVELOPMENTCollaborate with business stakeholders to define use cases and deliver fit-for-purpose analytics solutionsBuild data pipelines, develop proof-of-concepts, and implement scalable solutions in production
  • ENTERPRISE REPORTING & INTEGRATIONCreate custom, non-standard reports by integrating data from systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, SAP Analytics Cloud, and othersUtilize cloud-native tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Databricks) for analytics developmentDeliver insights via tools such as Power BI or integrate with enterprise applications
  • PLATFORM ENHANCEMENTWork with business users, data engineers, and policy teams to enhance the analytics platform and toolsImprove reusability, scalability, and user experience across the data ecosystem
  • OPERATIONAL SUPPORTMaintain and provide operational support for the enterprise data and analytics infrastructure
  • ANALYTICS COMMUNITY & CAPABILITY BUILDINGContribute to the Analytics Centre of Excellence (COE) —a community for knowledge sharing and professional developmentMentor peers, promote best practices, and drive adoption of advanced analyticsDesign and deliver workshops or training sessions to upskill internal teams in data analytics
