JOB SUMMARY

We’re actively seeking a proactive Lead Sales Manager who will be the frontline for EasyBiz (https://easybiz.lu/), driving our client acquisition efforts and enhancing our service delivery. This role is essential for growing our client base by converting leads into paying customers and providing top-notch client communication. The ideal candidate will bring energy, sales expertise, and fluency in English and French to this dynamic position.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in customer acquisition, preferably in SaaS or fintech industries
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Strong analytical skills, including comfort with data and numbers
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, especially HubSpot and Intercom would be a great plus
  • Exceptionally proactive and energetic
  • Experience in hiring and managing high-performing sales teams would be a great bonus
  • Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset
  • Driven to resolve challenges quickly and build meaningful relationships

Responsibilities
  • Organize and oversee lead generation across various online and offline channels
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement solutions to improve conversion rates
  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team

  • Assist clients through KYC processes and support them post-onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into our services
  • Participate in key client meetings and oversee sales team interactions
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients and participate in relevant industry events to build our brand presence
  • Regularly track and report on sales activities and results, ensuring transparent communication with the team
