REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience with SAP HCM Payroll implementations, especially adept at managing systems supporting over 10,000 employees
  • Demonstrated expertise in Time Management (TM), Personnel Administration (PA), and basic knowledge in Organizational Management (OM)
  • Proficiency in Base ABAP programming, capability of crafting and customizing functionalities beyond simple debugging
  • Essential HR/Legal background, with a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance issues
  • Exceptional communication skills with the prowess to bridge gaps between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating seamless collaboration and mutual understanding across diverse groups
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)

  • Lead in-depth analysis of client requirements to ensure all business needs are understood and addressed
  • Design and develop tailored solution concepts that are innovative and aligned with client objectives
  • Implement robust, scalable payroll solutions within the SAP HCM framework, ensuring high performance and user satisfaction
