ABOUT JOB The Senior Solutions Consultant will play a crucial role in driving business growth by collaborating with the sales team to convert prospects into customers. This individual will be responsible for delivering customized technical product demonstrations, whiteboard and slide presentations, and proof of concepts that align with the product storylines and resonate with the target audience. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a simplified manner. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar technical pre-sales role, preferably in SaaS or software product environments, and a proven track record of managing complex technical negotiations. SKILLS & QUALIFICATION * At least 7 years of overall professional experience, with at least 4 years in a similar technical pre-sales role, preferably in SaaS or software product environments. * Prior experience in handling enterprise-level deals with a proven track record of managing complex technical negotiations. * Bachelor's or Master’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is an advantage. * Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a simplified manner ("Tell me like I am five"). * Excellent communication and listening skills, high-level presentation and demonstration skills, enthusiasm for client service, and a strong customer and solution-oriented personality. * Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency. * A collaborative team player who thrives in a high-energy, high-volume sales team environment. * Prior experience in Accounts Receivable/Order to Cash would be advantageous. RESPONSIBILITIES * Collaborate with sales team to drive conversion of prospects into customers. * Prepare and deliver customized technical product demonstrations at client meetings, webinars, and customer events - both onsite and online - aligning with storylines that resonate with the target audience. * Deliver product messaging effectively through whiteboard and slide presentations, manage proof of concepts, and contribute to RFP response documents. * Address various functional and technical customer queries and requirements, performing comprehensive workflow analyses and deep examinations of the interaction between Growfin and customers' infrastructures. * Collect, assess, and convey diverse customer requirements to central product management, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. * Advocate for the Growfin brand, actively promoting product solutions and services to prospects, potential/existing customers, and partners. * Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product management, and client services, to execute sales strategy and achieve business objectives. * Conduct training sessions for sales teams on Growfin's product suite, covering technical aspects and new product features.
