ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant who will be a key member of the COO Technology Business Management Office (BMO), supporting the delivery of centralized, scalable, and transparent business services to the COO Technology leadership team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong communication, planning, and execution skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

IN THIS ROLE:

The Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant will play a key role on the COO Technology Business Management team delivering efficient, on-demand shared services and business management functions. Primary focus will be on the following areas:

Business Services

  • Draft and edit executive communications aligned with brand standards.
  • Design PowerPoint presentations and data visualizations for senior leadership.
  • Manage organizational chart production routines
  • Write content for executive use, including talking points and initiative updates.
  • Manage Outlook distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and Teams channels.
  • Manage internal portal content and updates.
  • Plan and execute leadership events such as Town Halls, Manager Forums, and offsites.
  • Maintain the Group Master Calendar of key events and deliverables.
  • Facilitate periodic business review process.
