REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale global data initiatives
• 5+ years of experience with data governance, including key data element identification, profiling, data lineage, data requirements, and quality rule documentation
• 5+ years of experience working in financial services industry, particularly in finance and risk domains including Liquidity Risk and Regulatory Reporting
• 5+ years of experience in creating & delivering technology roadmaps
• 5+ years of experience creating domain level data strategies

We are seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant within EFT to drive data strategy initiatives across Wells Fargo Technology and other business units. This role will focus on aligning data capabilities with business objectives, leading cross-functional teams, and partnering with executive stakeholders to deliver enterprise data solutions.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise data strategies and roadmaps
• Conduct data maturity assessments, identify gaps, and define remediation plans
• Translate business objectives into measurable data initiatives and outcomes
• Advise on modern data architecture, including cloud platforms, data lakes, and warehouses
• Support the development of advanced analytics and AI/ML capabilities
• Facilitate workshops and executive briefings to align stakeholders and drive consensus
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership across business and technology
