The Role About the Role As a Trade Compliance Senior Lead in Europe, you will support compliance processes for EU import/export transactions, ensuring accuracy, adherence to EU regulations, and alignment with Kyndryl’s global compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Review import/export declarations for accuracy and compliance. Support Intrastat and VAT reporting obligations. Conduct restricted party and embargo checks for EU shipments. Maintain EU compliance databases, including tariff codes and trade restrictions. Coordinate with the global team to ensure operational consistency. Other duties as assigned. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in trade compliance or supply chain operations. Knowledge of EU customs and export regulations. Proficiency in English; additional European languages a plus. Ability to work independently and within a global team.
