SUMMARY:

Senior Leader, Strategic Sales & Growth – Payments Solutions will be the top and key go to person in your region for payments solutions; a natural deal maker a rainmaker, driving Payments Solutions Go-to- Market Strategy, identifying and enabling Payments Solutions Sales selling our client’s world renown top end Payments Solutions to banks and financial institutions while expanding our client’s already established presence in the region. This role will focus on growing and developing the business within the payments solutions space.
Target client level Senior Leader, Strategic Sales & Growth – Payments Solutions is the C-suite, EVP, SVP, Directors most of whom you already know. You will work across all the Senior Heads and will be supported by impressive sales, pre-sales, solutions consulting and architect teams of our client’s organization. You will be one of the best in the region with sales (not services) background.
To give you and idea of the financial rewards, a mega deal commission is capped at USD 1,000,000. Base salary is flexible to attract the best. OTE is based on 50-50 with no cap. Benefits and stock options are excellent.
Ideally Senior Leader, Strategic Sales & Growth – Payments Solutions comes from companies such as First Data – Fiserv, Global Payments, TSYS Payment Solutions, Atos Worldline, Marqeta, HPS Technologies, Icon Payments, Heartland Payment Systems, Nexi Group, Visa, Mastercard, ASG, ACI, TCS, DXC, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys, Temenos, FIS, Oracle / Flexcube, Infosys/Finacle, Finastra, SAP, Broadridge, SS&C, and Smartstream.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Rainmaker due to your in depth knowledge of payments landscape and excellent “salesy” relationship skills
  • Hands-on hunter and closer
  • 15+ years of software selling experience to the financial services industry, with 8+ years specifically in Payment Solutions sales, and a proven track record of selling to Tier 1 and Tier 2 Banks and Financial Institutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Payments Landscape, including Card Issuing (strongly preferred), high-value payment systems, high-volume payment transactions, card processing, etc.
  • Good understanding of complex banking solutions
  • Proven track record of subject matter expertise in the Payments industry.
  • Expert in acquiring in-depth knowledge of clients’ businesses, identifying their challenges and opportunities and positioning solutions to address those needs effectively.
  • Proven commercial awareness, and excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-versed in managing and enhancing relationships at all organizational levels, particularly with C-suite executives, to align business objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities within both new and existing client portfolios.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for our client’s Payments products, successfully managing competitive bid scenarios.
  • Deliver accurate short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts to support business planning and growth.
  • Develop and execute his/her strategies to expand the Banking and Financial Services customer base across APAC
  • Identify and leverage market opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline and achieve annual sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the financial services sector.
  • Be part of effective sales campaigns to win new business across APAC.
  • Partner with pre-sales teams to ensure customers receive tailored and impactful support for our client’s market-leading Payment Solutions.
