Description

Are you one of the rare HR people that can strike a balance between textbook and real life? Do you tend to make decisions about people issues by asking yourself “does this feel like us?”. If so you might be just the leader we’re looking for.

PRINCESS AUTO IS A PRIVATE, CANADIAN-OWNED COMPANY EMPLOYING OVER 3,600 TEAM MEMBERS ACROSS THE COUNTRY. WE PROVIDE HARD-WORKING CANADIANS WITH A UNIQUE ASSORTMENT OF TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT THROUGH OVER 55 RETAIL STORES COAST-TO-COAST, AND WE ARE CONTINUING TO GROW. WE ALSO HAVE A NATIONAL CALL CENTRE, DISTRIBUTION CENTRES, AN ONLINE STORE, AND OUR WINNIPEG BASED HOME OFFICE. WE ARE A UNIQUE PLACE TO SHOP AND WORK.

We want to add a Senior Leader, Team Development (Director of HR) to our team. The most important thing we’ll be looking for is “Does this person feel like us?” It’s a question we ask ourselves daily when we make decisions… “does this feel like us?” That “us” is the Princess Auto culture and it is second to none.
