We want to significantly expand our Lean Management activities. By establishing a central Lean Office, we are creating the conditions to systematically develop and embed our existing Lean philosophy and, together with our quality management system, achieve a high level of maturity. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Lean Manager (m/f/d) for our Lean Office.

Tasks

  • Establishment and strategic development of the Lean Office as a central unit for the further development of our Lean Management organization.
  • Definition of the Lean roadmap including target images, maturity models and measurable KPIs.
  • Planning and implementation of Lean initiatives , CIP programs and CIP measures in all areas of the company.
  • Coaching, qualification and empowerment of managers and employees in Lean methods and principles.
  • Moderation and support of workshops (e.g. Kaizen, value stream analysis, 5S, shop floor management).
  • Interface management between Lean Office, quality management and the operational areas.
  • Analysis of processes, identification of waste , derivation of optimization measures and ensuring sustainable implementation.
  • Building a company-wide lean network and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Reporting to management on the effectiveness and progress of Lean initiatives.

qualification

  • Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration, production engineering or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in Lean Management , ideally in the role of Lean expert, Lean Manager or Continuous Improvement Manager.
  • Proven success in the introduction or further development of lean structures, methods and shop floor management .
  • Solid knowledge of Lean tools (e.g. Kaizen, PDCA, 5S, Kanban, value stream design, problem solving, Six Sigma is an advantage).
  • A pronounced ability to motivate people, initiate change processes and anchor them sustainably.
  • Excellent moderation, coaching and presentation skills.
  • Experience in project management as well as high analytical and organizational competence.
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a confident demeanor at all hierarchical levels.
  • Fluent English skills
