As our (Senior) Lean Manufacturing & Assembly Engineer (m/f/d), you will play a key role in increasing assembly output, reducing lead times, improving OTIF, and lowering assembly costs across our production network. This is an individual contributor role with high strategic relevance: you will work hands-on with suppliers on the shop floor, drive measurable capacity improvements, and translate your learnings into EGYM standards for future assembly setups.
