Senior Learning Administrator (Remote – Columbia) Leadership & Inclusion Practice Are you a highly organized, detail‑driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑centered environment? Our Leadership and Inclusion practice is looking for a Senior Learning Administrator to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional learning experiences for our global customers. This is a fully remote position based in Columbia, supporting both virtual (vILT) and in‑person (ILT) learning programs. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, faculty, producers, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of every program we deliver. What You’ll Do Instructor-Led Training (ILT) Program Support Own the end‑to‑end logistics of workshop scheduling and program organization. Manage participant invitations, pre‑work materials, and all related communications. Set up program sites and graphics using internal SharePoint and Learning Request Management Systems (LRM). Maintain accurate records in our coaching platform and learning databases. Confirm registrations, track cancellations, and ensure attendance data is up to date. Coordinate with customers to secure internal trainers and technical resources. Respond to learner inquiries, manage escalations, and uphold SLAs and KPIs. Arrange venues, hotels, trainers, materials, catering, and equipment as needed. Monitor enrolments, ensure minimum delegate numbers, and escalate low participation. Prepare service request documents, visa letters, and other administrative materials. Support the distribution and reporting of learner evaluations and post‑class analysis. Produce essential reports and maintain accurate learning records. Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT) Support Includes all ILT responsibilities plus: Coordinate virtual classroom setup with internal and external stakeholders. Create and distribute MS Teams, Zoom, or WebEx links for learners, trainers, and facilitators. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. What You Bring Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in Training Coordination or Learning Administration, ideally in a remote environment. Hands‑on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) as an administrator. Exceptional organizational, planning, and time‑management skills. Strong teamwork and communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Comfort with constant change, ambiguity, and conflict resolution. Preferred Qualifications Professional qualification or degree. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Microsoft Teams. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, AMPQ, PRINCE2, or similar. Why Join Us?
