BJC has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Learning and Development Consultant. The role will develop ongoing relationships and partnerships with BJC workforce and works collaboratively with System and entity leadership to support the System strategic priorities, business drivers and goals.
This is a hybrid position and does require being on-site weekly.
Candidate must be located in the St. Louis area.

Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

Responsible for providing a full range of consulting services to advance learning and organizational development needs, including: working in partnership to assess business needs; designing, developing and delivering educational and/or organizational development solutions aimed at achieving the desired business outcomes; and evaluating the impact of learning/organizational development solutions at the appropriate levels (individual, team and organization).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages multiple streams of consulting engagements and projects, ensuring complete implementation of solutions that are successful, well-coordinated, and meet agreed upon timelines.
  • Partners with key stakeholders and co-workers throughout the full consultation process to effectively ensure that solutions meet the business objectives and are sustainable
  • Assesses learning and/or organizational development needs by analyzing the gaps between current state and desired future state.
  • Designs and develops solutions with measurement processes to effectively close gaps, keeping in mind the need to create solutions that are applicable system-wide.
  • Facilitates core curriculum (either new development or existing programs) following standardized facilitator materials to ensure effective and consistent delivery; updates curriculum as needed to meet business requirements.
