WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT PARTNER!

This position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde, Denmark and you will join our Learning & Competence Development and DEI team. The team is in charge of delivering relevant learning opportunities that support the competence development of employees and leaders across all stages of the employee lifecycle, in alignment with BEC’s strategic goals. The team also owns the onboarding process and the Performance & Development cycle, and plays a key role in advancing the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion agenda.
The Senior Learning & Development Partner role offers the opportunity to be part of BEC’s transformational journey by translating the business strategy into actions and executing development initiatives and on-the-job learning.
At BEC, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also have the opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days per week. Your direct manager will be Agnieszka Mikoś.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization - including Heads of Divisions, Directors, and Managers - to stay informed about current business challenges.
  • Translating business needs into impactful learning and development solutions through consultation with key stakeholders and analysis of data on organizational, leadership and technical competences.
  • Leading the design and facilitation of targeted, scalable learning experiences, delivered both in-person and virtually.
  • Developing and executing blended learning initiatives in close collaboration with business leaders and colleagues in People & Communications.
  • Owning the Leadership Academy, our tailor-made development program for all leaders in BEC, and coordinating the annual Leadership Conference.
  • Expanding and implementing existing development frameworks and training offerings.
  • Managing multiple projects, including defining scope, setting key deliverables, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Traveling to Poland 3-4 times per year is to be expected.
