WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2+ years leading programs across an organisation.
  • Experience designing and building L&D functions from scratch is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with the iGaming industry, online tech environments, or fast-paced startups is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training facilitation.
  • Experience with regulatory training, especially in a highly regulated industry, is a plus.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and able to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital content creation tools.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to establish and lead the entire learning function at Gentoo Media. This person will have a unique opportunity to design and implement learning strategies and programs from the ground up in a dynamic, digital-first environment. You will work closely with leadership to identify skill gaps, build scalable development initiatives, and foster a learning culture that supports our growth, innovation, and compliance needs.
