Description
  • Design and develop training curricula, courses and programmes in line with company procedures, industry best practice and relevant legislation.
  • Identify gaps in production training and develop plans to address them.
  • Deliver effective classroom-based and on-the-job training.
  • Conduct training needs analyses and identify the most appropriate solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Establish and report on measures of training performance and success, identifying opportunities to improve programme effectiveness.
  • Prepare training budgets and funding submissions for relevant government departments.
  • Provide management with clear reports on training progress.
  • Work with teams across the business to embed a strong learning culture.
  • Use emerging technologies, including AI and DeepHow, to enhance training delivery.
  • Support succession planning and employee development.
  • Build strong, collaborative working relationships across the business.
