What the day will look like Event Specialist Working with the Industry and Risk Marketing team to identify Category 2 industry sector events across the region that need support in organising events Leading and Co-ordinating Planning meetings with the marketing team and the business team in the 3-6 months leading up to the event Providing regular project management updates for these events and ensuring all contributors deliver their responsibilities in a timely manner Organistion of Venues, Catering and Experience on the day Ensuring Event websites, registration pages and if needed event apps are all designed and set up before the invite or event Ensuring all events for which responsible follow the correct procedures in terms of cvent, compliance, legal and contracts On site event management is a limited requirement of this part of the role, co-ordinating with EA’s and team assistants in location for on day delivery Learning & Development Virtual programs deployment – assign facilitator and producers, oversee set up and advertise sessions. Virtual programme delivery — Produce and host virtual learning programmes. Facilitator preparation — Schedule and host facilitator preparation calls. In-person programme delivery — Deploy complex in-person programmes, including creating project plans, facilitators/vendors and venue sourcing and organising networking activities Onsite event management — Provide onsite coordination for in-person sessions (travel required) Vendor management — Create and manage SOWs, purchase orders, and Cvent activity in line with Aon policies. Finance - Track program spend for programs alighted to cost centre 18335. Communications – create and distribute monthly regional comms.
