SALARY £27,727.76 (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)

At Norse Group we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Learning & Development Administrator to join our team based at our Head Office in Norwich on a permanent, full time basis.
As Learning & Development Administrator you will oversee and hold responsibility for all aspects of L&D administration that support the Norse Group.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supervision of all associated systems and processes to learning, development and training, ensuring that administration is carried out effectively and in a timely manner
  • Ensure that robust processes and procedures are in place to deliver day-to-day requirements of systems and administration, including the provision of accurate data
  • Provide support and training for business wide LMS administrators
  • Monitor and manage groupwide training activity to ensure data is up to date and accurately recorded
  • Monitor local training activity to ensure alignment to policies and procedures
  • Supporting project leads providing solutions to adapt or create effective processes to enable efficient day to day running of the department
  • Working closely with the rest of the team you will also support with the coordination of training events and courses including issuing out any documentation, attendance lists, feedback whilst recording and reporting relevant data.
  • Other duties will be required also
