We are currently seeking a Senior Learning & Development Advisor to join our team in the Perth Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering innovative training and development solutions across our business. In this full-time permanent position, you will be working to support and deliver impactful training solutions across our Australian operations. This role focuses on training design and delivery, team collaboration, and providing fresh perspectives on current solutions. You will engage with employees at all levels and play a key role in introducing and implementing new ideas that improve our training and development offerings.

Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing training programs that support employee development, operational capability, and compliance
  • Conducting training needs analysis across business units to identify capability gaps and development opportunities
  • Collaborating with operational leaders and subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning content
  • Managing end-to-end coordination of training programs
  • Delivering training programs both in person and virtually
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives and making recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Ensuring training records, systems, and reporting are maintained in line with compliance and audit requirements
