Senior Learning & Development Coordinator | Perm | £40,000 - £45,000 | City of London | Hybrid working

Our client, a highly respected heritage architecture practice based in London, is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Coordinator to join their People team at an exciting time of growth.

The L&D agenda within the business has expanded significantly in scale and complexity in recent years. Alongside a strong externally delivered training offering, the practice runs a substantial number of internal development initiatives that require close coordination across multiple contributors, regions, and business functions — including their well-regarded internal Academy programme, which has received excellent feedback and continues to grow year on year.

• This newly created role will provide the dedicated capacity, coordination, and expertise needed to strengthen the L&D offering and support the business's continued investment in its people.
