Responsibilities

As our Senior Learning & Development Manager, you will take ownership of the Learning & Development and People Experience strategy, driving impactful learning initiatives and leading key digital and leadership development processes. You will ensure our people have access to high-quality, meaningful growth opportunities that align with business goals and foster a thriving organizational culture.

The role - your passion

  • Strategic Leadership: Design and drive the L&D and People Experience roadmap, aligning with overall business and talent strategies.
  • Platform Ownership: Manage and enhance our Learning & Development platform, ensuring engaging and accessible content for all employees.
  • Digital HR Process Management: Own and continuously improve digital processes related to performance management, career frameworks, and internal learning journeys.
  • Leadership Development: Design and implement scalable leadership development programs and learning initiatives for emerging and established leaders.
  • HR Tooling Expertise: Leverage HR systems and tools to support seamless execution of L&D activities and data-driven decision-making.
  • Internal Engagement: Plan and deliver in-house workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing formats for diverse audiences.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with People Partners, department heads, and external vendors to align learning/development goals with business needs.
