What’s the job?
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Learning Facilitator & Course Coordinator for our Diploma of Counselling and Community Services.
This role is primarily focused on learning and teaching, with responsibilities in subject delivery, academic leadership, and student support. You’ll also coordinate the quality delivery of the program and contribute to ongoing course improvements, validation, and moderation processes.
You’ll work collaboratively with a passionate and experienced academic team and have the opportunity to shape a program that prepares students to work in meaningful and impactful roles across the community services and mental health sectors.

This is a permanent, full-time position, with the preferred location being one of our campuses in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, or Adelaide. The anticipated start date is approximately September.

  • Certified copies of all your Academic qualifications

Who you are

  • A postgraduate qualification (Master’s or Doctoral) in Counselling or a related discipline
  • Higher education teaching experience, with demonstrated excellence in both online and face-to-face delivery
  • Experience coordinating academic programs and supporting student outcomes
  • Strong disciplinary knowledge and ability to apply real-world insights to teaching
  • A collaborative team member with strong communication and leadership skills
  • Committed to continuous professional development and educational quality
