Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior L&OD Business Partner / Manager to build the capability of our workforce and strengthen our internal talent pipeline. This role will suit someone who has significant experience in all - Human Resources, OD and Learning and has demonstrated experience building programs that lift capability and performance across a large workforce (1000+). Role Reporting directly to the General Manager of People and Culture, you will lead all learning programs that support Job Coaches, frontline staff, leaders and new starters. The newly created role is also responsible for designing and maintaining talent, engagement and professional development programs that support internal career progression/mobility and improves staff retention and increases employee engagement. The role will be supported by a L&OD Trainer. Specifically, you will be responsible for: L&OD strategy and learning program design for atWork Australia Developing capability programs for emerging and new leaders Overseeing induction programs and compliance training Embedding 'Career Compass' (Korn Ferry) into the organisation, building clear internal career pathways and success profiles Leading and implementing projects Collaborating with HR Business Partners and MedHealth Learning teams Leading Talent Management, Employee Engagement and OD initiatives Support change management activities as required Qualifications A minimum of 5-10 years of experience across L&D, OD and HR, ideally in a multi-site service based or compliance focused environment Tertiary qualification or related experience in HR, OD, Learning, Psychology or similar Strong commercial acumen Excellent relationship building skills Strong capability in designing learning programs that demonstrate a return on investment Confidence working with capability frameworks, talent management and career pathways Inquisitive mind and excellent problem-solving skills A practical mindset with the ability to turn insights into clear and actionable solutions that positively impact people outcomes and business performance Additional Information This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking to work alongside a newly appointed General Manager of People and Culture and work within a large, growing organisation.
