QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in any of Sales & Marketing, Property Management, business administration, or a related field (desired)
• Professional certifications (desired) such as: a) Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA), b) The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Demonstrated success in a sales environment, preferably within B2C sectors such in BTR or hospitality sectors, with a minimum of 2 years of experience(essential)
• Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills with a record of successful sales for example leases and renewals, including the ability to address client concerns effectively. (desired)
• Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act: Familiarity with the legal requirements associated with the Tenancies Act. Knowledge of dealing with the Residential Tenancy Board. (desired)
• Customer Service Excellence: Proven background in delivering exceptional customer service, with experience in resolving customer issues and enhancing customer satisfaction. (essential)
• Multitasking and Priority Setting: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritising responsibilities to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals in a fast-paced environment. (essential)

We are seeking a motivated Senior Leasing Agent to join our team at Alta Verde, a premier Build-to-Rent (BTR) property located in Blackrock, Co. Dublin. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our high-end residential units, conducting property tours, and engaging with prospective residents to drive lease signings. Your focus will be on outbound sales, providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and maintaining a positive living environment for residents.
Under the guidance of the Leasing Sales Manager you will help to implement marketing strategies, track leasing metrics, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a commitment to enhancing the resident experience in a dynamic and collaborative team setting.
