Our client is a Property Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Assistant Leasing Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

• Develop and implement leasing strategies, including trade and tenant mix planning, to achieve optimal occupancy and business objectives.
• Coordinate departmental activities to ensure alignment with leasing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships, addressing and resolving issues promptly to ensure tenant satisfaction.
