The Senior Leasing Officer manages all aspects of the leasing and property management of Council’s corporate property portfolio inclusive of revenue and expenditure leases for commercial, industrial, retail, residential and telecommunication sites. Skills required to be successful in this role include the administration of contracts, lease agreements, addressing tenant issues and problem solving.
